Thanks for your feedback!

We had a wonderful first member meeting of the year with you all. Your officers met to follow up and start planning the year’s activities based on our discussions and your feedback. We just wanted to fill you in on what you can be expecting coming up, as always we will keep you in the loop as we draw closer to these activities.

We’re hard at work planning 2 webinars for this summer. The content of the webinars will be based on what members indicated as their interests during our member meeting. We will be finalizing dates in the coming months but we are planning for the relatively less busy summer months. We will also be putting together a process for members to ask questions of presenters before the webinar so they can incorporate that into their presentation.

One of the requests that came out of the member meeting was a space where people could share their experiences, what they are working on, and what they are learning from this work. To help get us started with creating a community of practice we will be planning a post ACRL Conference meeting where members who attended can share what they learned and members who weren’t able to attend can learn and discuss. We are planning this for the week of May 2nd and will send out invites in the next few weeks.
